The last 3 days have been perfect weather wise. I don't think you could ask for better! High 60s and 70s and clear blue skies. I love it.
We did have a rainy day or two during the week, but we were sure to make the most of it. I know I have done picnic's with Noah before, but this was Clare's first time participating. They made a mighty mess, but we had fun!
The funny part was, Noah would eat off of Clare's plate and Clare was trying to eat off of Noah's. They are such good sharers!
On Saturday morning Andy took a long run and we met him out at Chambers Bay. I know this isn't the first time I've mentioned how much I love Chambers, but it's the truth. When we met him there Andy took the kids to the park and I went for a run of my own. It was beautiful out, and the view was even better!
That's a golf course you see below, which is also the home of the 2015 US Open. It's beautiful, and the walking/running path goes right through the course!
We have recently started doing a babysitting swap with some friends of ours, we take their kids once a month for an evening and they take ours. This month was our first time doing it and I am so excited to keep it going. After we dropped Noah and Clare off at their house (and since the weather was perfect) we decided to go play 9 holes at the golf course. It has been many many years since I have golfed, but I still remember the basics, and we had a great time!! I even hit par on one of the holes, which is the first and probably last time that will ever happen! I can't wait until next months date!
I love this last picture because you can see Andy swinging in the background and if I remember correctly it was an awesome hit!!
