Pictures of The Week

Clare loves to put washcloths (and many other things) on her head (as you already know).  Anything from undies, socks, pants and blankets.  I have a feeling we will be seeing a lot of these pictures in the future, just a warning.

Part of our FHE activity was playing the Wii.  It had been a very long time since we had played and Noah loved it.

It happens even in the Tub.

Noah helped mommy make some cookies to take to dinner at the Bishop's house.  It was obviously a very yummy experience!

Spending a little time at the Bishop's house....What is she looking at down there??

Oh! It's Daddy, Noah and the Bishop hanging out in the hot tub.
(Yes, it's as amazing as it looks!)

At least they were bows this time!

Eating Goldfish

Nothing like wearing our comfy clothes after a long day!

Hope you all had a fantastic week!

Woodland Park Zoo

Yesterday we decided it would be the perfect day to meet our friends up in Seattle and head to the zoo.  The weather was perfect!  Not too hot, and certainly not cold!  Unfortunately the rain returns tomorrow, so I am glad we made the most of it!

Things didn't got as smoothly as I'd hoped in getting out of the house on time...but we made it to the zoo and even had our camera (but forgot our stroller)!  Clare was a good sport though, and we lugged her around part of the time in carrier.  The above picture is of her enjoying a little goldfish cracker.  Her face kills me.

Like I said, we met our friends there.  This is the second time we've met up to hang out...the first was at the Pacific Science Center and this time was just as fun as the last.  I am so grateful that we already have good friends that will be experiencing Boston with us!

Noah is obviously very excited!

Nana and Gramps came to join in on the fun!

I failed to get many pictures of the actual animals.  Mostly because not many of them were even out.  You win some, you lose some!

I did get a couple of pictures though...like this one of the hippo's back...

And this one of a bear sleeping. I couldn't believe the size of this bear!  I would take our backyard friend Booboo over this guy any day!

I was going to attempt to get a group picture before we left but at least two of the kids were sleeping and I know Noah was pretty tired/grumpy.  Next time I'll remember to take that at the beginning!  All in all it was a wonderful trip and, as always, we had a great time with our friends.  Oh I love summer!
