Pictures of the Week

Just a few pictures to hold you over for this week....

Noah loves to help me when I'm baking!  He is such a good multi-tasker as you can tell, licking the beater and stirring the dough all at the same time.  I can't be sure, but I think he only likes to help me so he can be the taste tester....what do you think?? haha

A mommy and Clare moment.

Either our microwave is giving out, or I don't know how to pop popcorn!

Clare has a pair of shoes that make her feet smell awful!  She was just trying to see what we were all complaining about....smelly girl.

These days there isn't anything that Clare won't get her hands on.  I forgot what this stage was like with Noah, until now...but I am pretty sure all snacks are better when you've made a mess of them!

Clare's new favorite way to give kisses.

New England Apple Picking

Last week we went on a little field trip to Tougas Farms to do a little New England apple picking!  Amidst several rainy days the clouds decided to part and the weather could not have been more perfect!

The adventure started with a little hayride.  We were able to see the beautiful farm land and take a little tour around the orchards before picking apples.  The kids enjoyed it, but boy was it packed!

There definitely wasn't a shortage of apples!  Each person was given a bag to put their apples in and we were instructed on the correct way to pull them off the tree.   We even ate a few apples too!

After we finished picking (and eating) our apples, we headed over to the little playground and animal area.  The playground was pretty impressive and it's no surprise that Noah went straight to the big tractor to play.

My girlfriend captured this adorable picture of Clare!

We also fed the little goats and ate some apple cider donuts!  It was such a fun day, and even better was that we were home for nap time!

What a perfect way to enjoy some more of New England fun!  This weekend we're headed back to the Cape!  Stay tuned :)
