Quite the adorable sight, isn't it?
Noah has also mastered the comfortable art of watching movies on the iPad. I made the comment on my Facebook also, but isn't it amazing how our kids have so much more to entertain them than we ever did? I mean- I remember when CDs were the wave of the future, when the internet was invented and how I didn't even get a cell phone until I was 21 years old! Seriously, kids these days (and I am not hiding the fact that I sometimes enable it). Truth be told, it can be very convenient when I'm making dinner! Just saying.
Noah has also been dressing up a lot lately. For 3 days this week he wanted to wear his fireman costume all day. He would come in and say, "Mommy, look what I found!" and put his hands on his hips to pose. He cracks me up! Later in the week Andy brought home his hard hat, and Noah took right too it. Just exploring his many options it seems!

Some of my most favorite moments with Noah are at night, after little Clare is in bed. We get to hang out and read books or just cuddle together. Every night after putting him in bed he says, "Mommy, you lay by me and sing a couple songs - please?" I can never resist, and when I say never, I really mean never. I realize that he won't always want me to cuddle and sing to him, so I will enjoy it while I can. Usually he wants me to sing a song from Dinosaur Train...it goes a little something like this...
"A bees gotta buzz, a birds gotta tweet
that's how we creatures meet and greet
when I'm not busy chomping meat

In other exciting news - I think it's safe enough to say that Noah is officially potty trained! No accidents for a week (even at nighttime!). It was a long process, and I barely made it thought with my sanity, but I am so proud of Noah! Life is so grand not having to buy size 6 diapers. Grand indeed!
This week Clare had her 1 year baby well. Poor thing had to get 4 shots and her blood drawn for a CBC. Come to find out the little lady is slightly anemic and has to take some yucky iron supplements (she gags every time). Otherwise, she is healthy as a horse!
She came in at about 20.8 lbs and 29.8 inches tall. She has been especially curious lately, and getting into everything. Here she is, trying to get a glimpse of what's on the computer, as well as digging though the toy drawer - her boredom backup!
She has also been especially chatty lately. I know she is my child, so I obviously find her adorable, but I can't hardly stand how cute she is. She really does have the sweetest personality and loves to explore. After her nap the other day, her and I were sitting on my bed playing. She chatted and giggled for almost an hour (and I am sure she would have continued). This little video depicts her personality perfectly! Don't mind the two tampons she's holding :).
It seems I am never short of things to share, I think this post is one of the longest yet! So much to be grateful for. :)
