Today is Wednesday which makes tomorrow Thursday, but technically its Friday since Andy has Friday off...which means PARTY AT THE STOCKHOFF'S! hehe. Well sort of, but our good friend Bobbo is paying us a nice visit from Georgia and I know that Andy and I are both very excited. Andy and Bob have already planned a fun filled day of College Foot Ball on Saturday, so what does that mean for me you ask? I have NO idea! I thought maybe I would get a head start on some crafts...but then again we don't have a craft store within an hour of here...so next option? Browse Facebook...but really, how long can one browse Facebook...especially when they do it every other day. I am in desperate need of some good suggestions, so please feel free to send yours my way.
Tonight we had the missionaries over for dinner. It was a good time and we had a good meal. BBQ pork (Andy's choice) with corn on the cob, baked beans and watermelon. Good thing about this meal is everything was pretty much already pre-made, so I just had to "put together", and we enjoyed it. I have found that I really enjoy cooking, much more then I ever imagined I would. The problem I run into is figuring out WHAT to cook, I really feel like I make the same meals and just rotate them days. I even suggested that we have a 'breakfast' day each week where we eat a breakfast food for dinner. I haven't kept up with that one though, breakfast food is the bomb - but it isn't always craved. I think I spend a total of 10 hours per week looking for new recipes, and always end up making something I have already made. I really want to learn how to make sushi, that is my new thing. So maybe I will develop my sushi talents and work as a chef. That reminds me, has anyone ever seen the show Top Chef on Bravo? I weawwy wike it. :) You should check it out.
Anyway, I think I am beginning to ramble since it is getting late and I have been up since 6am. Until another time...see you.

So glad you started a blog. Now I know what you are up to! Have you checked out allrecipe.com? That's where I get all my new ideas for meals. Don't know what to tell you about sports night...I always just read books when I don't have anything else to do. Window shopping maybe?
